Maja's is built around something simple: bread and pastry, made the old way. Maja bakes by hand — the laminated dough, the long ferment, the careful shaping that turns flour and water into something you remember.
By morning we're a bakery. Through the day, we're a bistro. The case fills, the coffee pours, and Swakopmund finds its rhythm at one of our tables.
